Refund Policy – ShapeHaven

At ShapeHaven, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we back every order with our 30-Day Guarantee.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear or opened shapewear) may not be eligible for refunds. These will be clearly marked on the product page.


Process for Refunds

  1. Contact our support team at contact@shapehaven.co.z within 30 days of delivery to initiate your refund request.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange an item for a different size or style instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us. We’ll gladly assist if stock is available.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Items are worn, damaged, or not in their original condition.

  • Items are marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.
