At ShapeHaven, we aim to make sure your order reaches you quickly and securely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery process.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase has been placed.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days nationwide.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier services.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Charges

  • We offer free delivery on qualifying orders (check promotions or product pages for details).

  • Standard delivery fees will apply for smaller orders and will be calculated at checkout.


Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver within South Africa only.

  • If your area is not serviced by our courier partners, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.


Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the courier will either contact you to reschedule or leave instructions for collection.

  • ShapeHaven is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.


Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us immediately at contact@shapehaven.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
